Engine cooling packages.
Our range of engine cooling packages built for heavy duty applications. Featuring robust bar and plate construction, aluminium core and tanks, and high performing fans, they’re designed to work in the toughest of conditions. All cooling packages have a minimum working ambient temperature rating of 50°C+.

Isuzu Power Solutions has an extensive range of air cleaning accessories, from high performance, heavy duty filters, primary/secondary filter packages, fire/flame retardant filters and air restriction indicators.

We can provide a tailored exhaust system that meets regulation requirements for industrial, residential and hospital noise grade standards.

Our engine mount skids are designed to suit a range of application requirements, loads and conditions. The skids are also powder coated to ensure a higher resilience to rust.

Lubrication systems.
High performing fuel filters, filter mounting brackets and hose kits are available for higher power engines. Remote oil drain kits for easy engine servicing are also available for most engine models.

Complete engine monitoring and protection controllers are available to suit all power units and generator sets. All controllers feature: min. IP65 protection, E-Stop push button. The power unit PRO controller can also be optioned with; a 4G remote monitoring and control system, pressure transducers which can be configured to automatically regulate engine speed or pump pressure* (*Feature not available with some power unit models.)

All Isuzu control panels provide essential engine monitoring and protection safeguards, easy-to-read engine measurement values, history logs and more. The PRO controller can also be optioned with a 4G remote monitoring and control system, so whether you’re on site or halfway around the world, you can still check the status of your power unit.
PRO controllers.
The PRO controller is the top of the line premium option and standard on all MTS2 models. It continually monitors, assesses and protects the engine, and has provision for a number of digital or analogue inputs and outputs. The PRO controller can be configured to accept pressure transducer inputs and can also be engineered to regulate engine speed or pump pressure. It features an IP65 enclosure, E-Stop push button as standard, easy to read display and can be optioned with Low Coolant Alarm and also a 4G remote monitoring and control system.
Customised controllers.
We can design, develop and configure a customised panel for various applications, both for power units and generator sets. From stainless steel enclosures, key or push button starts, additional I/O, alternative control modules, we can engineer a customised panel for you.
